What Intervooh is
A preparation tool for your own job interviews. It is for people aged 18 and over.
What we promise
We work hard to make the coaching accurate, honest and useful, and we document our evidence openly. We do not and cannot guarantee interview outcomes, no honest preparation tool can.
What we ask of you
- Use it to prepare yourself, not to misrepresent yourself. The stories you practise should be true.
- Don't attempt to use Intervooh during a live interview. It will never help you do that.
- Don't abuse, copy at scale, or resell the question banks.
Payments
The free tier is free. Paid access comes two ways: Everything at £16/month (renews monthly until you cancel; cancel any time from Profile → Manage billing and access runs to the end of the paid period) and the One Interview Pass at £29 one-off (everything unlocked for four weeks, no renewal). Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you agree that access starts straight away and that this waives the 14-day cooling-off period for content already supplied. If something is broken or we've let you down, email us, we're reasonable about refunds, and UK consumers retain all statutory rights.
Fair use of the AI
Paid plans include a generous daily allowance of AI coaching (roughly three hours of conversation a day) plus a monthly ceiling, enforced automatically. The allowance is for one person's own interview preparation; sharing accounts, scraping, automating requests or reselling access isn't allowed and may lead us to suspend an account.
Your account and your data
You can export your data, delete your data, or delete your whole account (including your CV file) at any time from Profile. See Privacy for exactly what we hold and why.
Early-access reality
Features marked as arriving are in development. The service is provided as-is during early access; we may change or withdraw features while we build. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
