How have you built rapport quickly with young people who don't know you?
Names fast, fair and consistent, a bit of warmth without chasing popularity. One story of winning a wary class over is worth ten adjectives.
Tell me about delivering someone else's plan at short notice. How did you make it work?
Show you read the plan in five minutes, spotted the trouble points, and kept the class working — then fed back honestly to the teacher afterwards.
The set work runs out with 20 minutes left and the class knows it. What do you do?
