Specifics win: the need, the adjustment, the evidence it worked. Anonymise the child but keep the practice concrete.

Show you drove the process: chasing reports, translating advice into classroom practice, keeping parents in the loop throughout.
Tell me about a time you helped a colleague improve their practice for a pupil with SEND.
